August 18, 2008 06:01 am.- By Bonny Apunyu. - (SomaliNet) Warning that the Philippine military will flush out the rebels, Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo on Monday urged rebels to withdraw from towns they have raided The Philippine leader said she has ordered the army and police to defend Philippine territory against Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) rebels. MILF rebels entered towns in southern Philippines early on Monday and set houses on fire.
