Belgium: 500 kilos of cocaine found in tuna shipment Fri. October 10, 2008 08:04 am.- By Bonny Apunyu. - (SomaliNet) Some 500 kilograms of cocaine have been found in a container which was on its way to Rotterdam. The shipment was discovered in the port of Antwerp following a tip. The container came from Ecuador and was filled with tins of tuna for a Dutch supermarket. Once the cocaine had been removed customs sent it on to Rotterdam, in the hope that the consignment would lead the way to the drug smugglers. However, only the supermarket turned up to collect it. Police believe the supermarket was not involved in smuggling the drugs.
